Hello there, !

I hope your workouts have been riddled with PR's!

I am writing to let you know that I have put a couple
of new posts up on the site.

Today's Post...

First off is this week's Grip Strength Challenge.
It is the Sledge Hammer Deadlift.  Sounds easy right?
Not if you do it like I am going to show you...

The Sledge Hammer Deadlift is a very beneficial drill.
It will strengthen your Hands, Wrists, and Forearms.
Check out the post to see how it is done and make
sure to give it a try.  This is another good one to add
to your routine from time to time.

Earlier This Week...

On Monday I put up an interview I did recently with
my friend, Coach Joe Hashey.  He recently released
a new product on recovery methods.

I wanted to get some more detail from him on it, and
it turns out he interviewed fully certified therapists for
the information. I reviewed the product and it really
does have a lot of good and practical recovery
methods in it, so if you are a strength coach / trainer
looking for a resource like this, make sure to check
it out.

The Grip Authority...

Today I put up the latest feature video at The Grip
Authority, where I go over how to layout and
structure your own personalized Grip Training
Program.

The Grip Authority

This is exactly how I have set up my training
programs for Grip Contests and for short-term
feats I have wanted to accomplish, including
when I wanted to lift the Inch Dumbbell, the
Fatman Clone and the gigantic half 115-lb
Block Weight I own.

Tomorrow...

I have been busy this week pumping out
information for you, but I am not done yet.
By tomorrow, i should have a brand new post
up on an awesome finisher I have been using for
blasting my Traps and Biceps.  Very fun,
very quick, and I am liking the results!

That's it for now.  All the best in your training.

P.S.  Did you know that The Grip Authority is a
very affordable site?  At only $7 to join and
$17 per month, it's one of the best investments
you'll ever make.  = > http://www.thegripauthority.com/

P.P.S.  - Feel free to forward
my emails to your training friends, family
members, or anyone else who might be
interested in training info.  If they want to sign
up for my updates, that is awesome too!
They can sign up at the bottom of many posts...
