Wow, yesterday, my post on Foam Rollers really
struck a nerve with a lot of people.  
 
This is the post I am talking about:  Are Foam Rollers Crap??
 
It seems that a lot of people agree with me in that
foam rollers help assist with a pre-workout 
warm-up but perhaps don't do as much for long
term movement improvement, based on the comments
and emails I have received. Here's an example...

but ... I am a huge fan of foam rolling!  I take it a step
further and each night before going to sleep I do some
foam rolling...The days I don't use the roller I get worse
DOMS, so it is definitely staying in my toolbox!
 
Richard - Good Idea.  I have a roller upstairs to use
at night time, too.  Problem is, I rarely do it.  I need
to put this on my nightly list and do it like you.  Thanks!
