Hello ,
We are going to find out who is the
Strongest Strength Coach at Juniata on
June 17th when we hold the contest there.
And in order to help those out who will
be competing, as well as anyone who is
unfamiliar with certain non-conventional
lifts that will be contested, I shot a video
and put it up on the site.
