Hello ,
 
Last time I wrote you I was about to
embark on my trip to Nationals.
 
I did my best to keep everyone updated
through my  Twitter Page of what was
going on.
 
I am working on a full write-up of the
event, but I went ahead and posted the
video of my new world record Two
Hands Pinch Lift on the site.

Also, Steve Slater and I conducted
out first Strongman Training Workshop
on Sunday and it was awesome. 
 
We are already talking about scheduling
another one with more advanced notice
so we can get more people involved.
