Couple Important Things

Hello ,
I hope you had a great weekend. I have a couple
of important notes to pass on to you.
First off, Steve Slater and I are holding a special sale
on our Intro to Strongman DVD.

Also, I am working on getting some more Vulcan

The Vulcan Gripper is awesome. If you get one,

I will also be getting Orange springs, which are a bit
lighter for those who are newer to Gripper training,
as well as some sets of Thumb Screws which are
attachments you put on the ends of the Vulcan handles
in order to train the thumbs.
