I was sent a really good guest post from someone this week

I love getting posts like this.  This is a topic that I have never
covered because I lack the experience in it, but I really enjoyed it.
 
In fact, it is probably one of the strength training guest posts I
have gotten that I have enjoyed the most in recent years.
 
The best thing about it is the author, Bee Brian, wrote me offering
the post and sent an awesome piece and did it simply because
he likes my site and loves this type of training!
 
You can't beat that kind of attitude and spirit, even with a stick!
