Hello ,

the blog by Nick Outlaw.

Regardless of whether you are a strength coach,
high school or collegiate athlete, strength sport
competitor, if you're hurt your performance will suffer.

And if you hurt your knee, it could be the end of your
career, no matter what you do.

What many people don't realize about the knee is that
it is very dependent on the health of the joints on either
end of it for its stability.

The joint above the knee is the hip and the joint below
the knee is the ankle - this part is obvious - but what isn't
obvious to many is how much of an effect the hip and
ankle can have on the health of the knee.

That is where this article comes in.  Nick Outlaw is going
to show you some very simple drills for maintaining your
knee health by addressing these other key parts of the body.

some preventive knee care methods

All the best in your training, and have a great weekend!
