Thanksgiving Thumb-o-palooza

Hello ,
 
First thing's first -  Happy Thanksgiving  to you.
 
Thanks for being a continued subscriber to my newsletter.
 
I hope you have the opportunity to spend time with your
friends/family today.  I know I will be down to my -in-laws
this afternoon for another amazing dinner.  I am very blessed
and extremely thankful.
 
Before I go down and spend time with them and consume
mass quantities, I am going to have a Thumb-a-polooza
training session.  I plan on doing every form of Thumb training
I can think of.
 
I plan to do so much thumb training volume this morning that
I have a hard time controlling my fork at dinner later on.
 
You see, every so often I just go nuts with thumb work: 
static pinch, dynamic, heavy singles, partials, lighter speed reps,
wide, narrow, all together in one workout.
 
You see, very soon there is going to be a new addition
coming to my gym.  It's called BLOBZILLA and I plan on
lifting that piece as soon as I get it out of the box and chalk it up.
 
So, to prepare for this showdown, I plan on Thumb Obliteration
today, one more ultra-wide session next time, and then the
altercation when Blobzilla attacks will be right after that.
 
So, enjoy your day, remember to be Thankful for what you have
because so many others aren't as fortunate, and look for more
down the road from me about BLOBZILLA.
