A Little Recognition

Diesels,
You have been working hard all year towards
your goals, and it is time that somebody tells
you good job.
Every day I receive emails from you about the
amazing numbers you are putting up, the feats
you are accomplishing, and how much better
the results are you are seeing in the gym.
That is great.
You might not have a team to train with, but that
is OK because you don't miss workouts anyway.
You are in the gym, training hard, eating right,
doing your cardio, working in recovery work...
That is what it takes to see the results, right there.
It's about consistency and it's about effort.
If you put in both, then what you will get is RESULTS.
I just wanted to check in with you today, Friday,
because it has been a long, hard week for some of you,
but I am proud of you for keeping on pushing on.
