What's Up Diesels?
I hope it's been an awesome weekend.
We got about 15 inches of snow here this
weekend. I guess there were Jack Knifed
Tractor Trailers all over the place yesterday.
Guess what, I went through all of the videos
that I uploaded over the course of the year
and pulled out the 10 Most Viewed videos.
Number 10 through number 6 are on the site
right now.

As you may know from reading my bio on
the site, my initial foray into strength training
was the Olympic Lifts.
These videos cover a variety of topics from
grip equipment reviews to exercise demonstrations
and even some training updates.
There's surely something in there for everybody,
but make sure to check it out just in case you
missed something I uploaded.

She will actually be up top near the video monitor
doing play-by-play commentary, WWF-style as
we all run around and tag one another.
