December Workout of the Month

TGAers,
I hope you had a great Christmas and
have plans to ring in the New Year like
complete champions!
I'm writing to let you know I am having
some work done on the TGA site right
now, and not even I can get in.
I know that many of you have tried to
log in today as well, because I am getting
notifications.
The site will be back up soon.
Also, I have uploaded the videos for the
December workout of the month, and
since I can't get on the site, I am going
to send you the links to the videos below.
The Workout is called Porn Pad Plug-in Training.
You might remember the porn pad from
previous features I have put up on the site,
it is just this super old and ugly couch
furniture cushion that is used to deload
a challenge item you are trying to lift.
This is what I call a "Plug-in" form of
training because it is brief enough to be
added in at the beginning, middle or end
of a training session without having to
worry too much about spoiling the rest
of your workout.
There are a few other important details to
know about, which you will learn in the
videos.
The password for each video is: "ppplugin123"
