Camera autofocus modes refer to the different ways in which a camera's autofocus system can be set to focus on a subject. Each mode has its own strengths and weaknesses, and can be used in different situations to achieve the best possible results.
Here are the most common autofocus modes to master:
- Single-shot AF (AF-S): The camera focuses on a single subject when you press the shutter button halfway. This is the most common AF mode and is suitable for most situations.
This mode is best for static subjects or
situations where the subject is not moving. It's also a good choice for portraits, landscapes, and other types of still photography.
