You are receiving this email from Dr. Christina Chambreau because you are passionately committed to having health for your animals, yourself and the planet or because a friend thought you wanted to hear this information.

PLEASE email me with what you want to hear.

This week over a dozen people registered for the newsletter, so a brief review:

Main keys to great health include: happiness protocol, living and loving each moment, knowing there is no one right answer, individualized mental and physical exercise, offering daily energy healing/meditation, feeding fresh food, avoiding toxins, aiming for the energetic balance to resolve symptoms rather than merely trying to eliminate symptoms, having a great holistic team (veterinarians, animal communicators/intuitives)...
and so much more. Check out my site's free articles, Holistic Action's free 101 health class and forum,  read prior newsletters, click here. Many have the main topic listed in the title.

Winter Transitions
Last month we spoke of many winter woes. Also,
many people and animals choose to leave this life plane for another in the winter, so the Holistic Actions talk for members in December by Eleni Gkikakis was well timed. Her website offers much more.
  • When ill, in hospice, or concerned about the time being near transition - share memories of the past, celebrate those moments as well as each moment in the now. This does not mean you need to be by your companion's side every moment. Ask if they want you - observe if they are fine with you caring for your duties in this life as long as you check in. Sometimes you can verify your observations by consulting with an animal communicator, especially the many who focus on death. To find one, click here
  • Important at any time, especially with severe infections or cancer, talk with the cells causing the problem, saying, "if you take over completely, this body will die and you will die. Let's all live together and discover the reason you are trying to to take over."
  • When feeding, think of nourishing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Often mentioned is one the founders of holistic approaches, especially herbal - Juliette de Baircle Levy and Eleni reminded me that she lived in Greece for 10 years. Here is a lovely article about it. A friend of mine in the US takes groups to that island - Kythera - for yoga retreats. If you would like to do a workshop with Eleni on herbal and intuitive animal communication, my friend may organize one there. Email me if you have some interest or check out their website on the yoga retreat.

In my 40 years of holistic practice, the people who fully love every day with their family (1-4 legs), knowing that on the journey of life there are no right answers, are best able to accept the death of cherished companions. Realizing that our companions live in the moment and love us unconditionally can be a great learning as we follow their example.

Is it easy to be grateful and present every moment? Well, not really as evidenced by the many books and programs about it that go back centuries. I suspect even indigenous people, who lived every moment knowing that every cell and every molecule were family to them, may have needed support, and certainly training from childhood to be successful.

Stop for a moment and think about your spiritual support team - church, temple, shamans, mystics, heartmath, Tolle, Dalai Lama, Native
American, Chopra, Bach, McTaggart, Dispenza, Abraham, Frazier, Siegel...there are so many possible individuals and groups who promote developing and maintaining peace and positive intentions in your thoughts and actions. Deepen your connection to one familiar to you, or reach out for the many available for one that nourishes you.

Some of our speakers at Holistic Actions (for free you can watch at the you tube channel, members get hundreds of talks) and on All Paws Pet Talk TV  speak eloquently about the power of love, intention, energy healing, focus, heart felt energy, living in the moment and being in moment as our pets are in transition, very ill or in hospice.
some of the following are more about specific health approaches, most are addressing the emotional area.

Look for these talks & more by Bernie Siegel, Anitra Frazier, Gail Pope, Dr. Farthing, Grandma Nancy, Dr. Wagner,
A lovely meditation with photos, Nick Thompson
Dr. Samet, Dr. Saine, Dr. Palmquist, Patrick McKeown, Paola Brown, Dr Knuven, Dr. Herman, Dr. Schneider, Gail Pope, Dr. Fior, Kate Solisti, Dr. Pitcairn , Dr. Feinman, Dr. Seelye (now deceased), Tami Tomlinson, Dr. Susan Wagner .

Being supported with regular (daily, weekly) inspiration - friends, groups, HA!, holistic health care team for you, your animals and plants is really important, since most of what we hear/see is more materialistic. Good News Network daily emails are great, as are so many others. Click here for a lovely list of good news in 2023 from Anita Sanchez.
