will change ,as you change! Start off too fast and you will go nowhere, fast!
Workout frequency- It depends on the person. It depends on the intensity. It depends on the goal! It depends on the type of workouts. I don't believe in making generic claims for everyone !First, Get someone who has been doing nothing to 2 or 3 times per week. They will notice a huge difference! I can't stand these places promoting "hell week." Taking someone new to exercise from 0 to 100, real quick, is NEVER a good
idea.
Recovery- If you can not recover from the workout , you get nothing from it! Prioritize sleep, managing stress, and have a professional plan all of this for you!
Find the right exercises FOR YOU! - There is no magic exercise! Don't believe people who say you will burn a gajillion calories after their special workout!
