Greasepaint is forming a unique company of teens who will do specific Company shows each year – two plays and one musical,
​scattered throughout our year!
The first productions will be February 20-22, 2015
for Two VERY different plays

- The Poet And The Rent by David Mamet
- Voices of Evil: A Workshop of Macbeth by Carol Macleod,
          founder of Actors Theatre of Phoenix and Theatre Artists Studio

Auditions, Cost & More

This is being added to our programs because we have a lot of talent in our community who would like to learn from professionals all of the facets of our craft.

Auditions are Monday January 5th only and will consist of one monologue 2-4 minutes in length. No music, no dance for the Spring Company Show.

The chosen 15-18 teenagers will collaborate with a variety of valley professionals on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30-9:30pm and Saturdays from 4-6pm beginning on January 12th, with possible added rehearsals if chosen by the Company.
Company members will be given the opportunity to learn directing, design of sets, costumes and props, stage management and delve far deeper into character work than we are ever able to in our regular Greasepaint mainstage shows! Guest artists will be working with the Company each week on specific areas of production!

If you have a teen who is serious about the stage and is looking to hone their skills, be challenged and have fun – this is the program they need!
