The Journey: Living Cancer Out Loud – Davis Communication Group, LLC
A narrative performance that illuminates what it means to live with breast cancer. Placed against a backdrop of monologues/choreopoems, it takes audiences on a lived experience of African American cancer survivors and caregivers overcoming adversity. Inspired by interviews with Phoenix community members of the Coalition of Blacks Against Breast Cancer (CBBC), this performance engages unheard voices and promotes discussion about breast cancer awareness for all communities within AZ and beyond.

Performers needed to entertain at children’s parties and events. Most princesses will be singing, facepainting, and balloon twisting. We will train you! Must stay in character and have a good knowledge of Disney princesses. Also looking for a mermaid, so will need to be a strong swimmer.
