Pay goes up to $40 an hour once trained in face painting and balloon twisting.

Peoria Powerpals – The Theater Works
This is casting for recurring "Powerpal" characters, who are part of a cooperative effort between Theater Works and the City of Peoria to use live actors to bring energy conservation and recycling messages to the public at special events in Peoria. The characters will appear in costumes, with planned messages and dialogue, at about a dozen events through the course of the year, mostly on Saturday mornings.
