Robbie and Tracy work at the computer repair shop. Tracy, a computer tech by day and a hacker by night comes in late (as always) and Robbie gives her a laptop that was left by someone for repair and needs to be fixed. Tracy starts working on the laptop and discovers something terrifying in it. She wants to share it with Robbie, but he stepped out and Tracy is along in the shop. Tracy calls 911, but a stranger appears behind her back and hangs up the phone.
