The reader’s theater actors will portray Muslims and read their testimonials about conducting presentations and trainings to various schools/universities, religious organizations, law enforcement agencies, and corporations to dispel Islamophobia, challenge many people’s monolithic perceptions about Islam, and show the heterogeneity within the Muslim community.  Misconception is intended to serve as an impetus for further understanding of Islam and Muslims.
