Five of the 19 surviving Little Sisters of Hoboken, a one-time missionary order that ran a leper colony on an island south of France, discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, accidentally killed the other fifty-two residents of the convent with her tainted vichyssoise while they were off playing bingo with a group of Maryknolls. Upon discovering the disaster, Mother Superior had a vision in which she was told to start a greeting card company to raise funds for the burials.

A young couple prepares to set out on their senior prom night. After they leave, the daughter's mother and grandfather take focus. It is revealed the grandmother is gone now. The mother brings out old film reels of the grandfather and grandmother's prom night from 1969. The mother and grandfather watch the old super 8 footage as we see the present day footage of the daughter and her date intercut showing the resemblance.

‘Annette’ – The Film School @ SCC
Annette is a story about a woman who tracks and kills sex offenders. The film aims to explore themes of femininity, sexual violence, and justice. Theses themes are strongly implied in the film but there are never any instances of sexual violence and the identity of the male character is never truly revealed. This is an experimental film with a strong narrative.
