How to use pomegranate peel for good health?

Pomegranate peel tea is useful in the treatment of diarrhea and is a
common remedy for irritable bowel syndrome. To prepare its tea, 1 tablespoon of pomegranate fruit skin is added with a cup of water, boiled for 3 minutes, filtered and served lukewarm. Pomegranate peel powder or tea is useful in relieving stress, to improve heart health, to decrease Pitta dosha, burning sensation and high blood pressure. (research).
It is useful to treat acne and excessive oiliness of skin.
It is useful to reduce bad cholesterol.
Its decoction gargling is useful to decrease throat irritation
and to clear voice.
Its peel powder is mixed with sandalwood and applied as face pack on skin to improve skin tightness and to releive wrinkles.
