WoooHooo! I am so excited to share the end of the year newsletter with you. As you say goodbye to 2018, you can choose to UPGRADE your lifestyle for 2019. Are you READY?
Looking back at 2018, many things and experiences happened which led to my own spiritual, emotional, mental and physical growth. I would like to share how I was able to grow in these areas.
My realization first started when I noticed that the internal storage on my 8-year-old laptop was getting full. As I viewed what was taking up most of the storage space, I noticed that it was “OTHER.” I laughed and made a connection that my mind/brain was also doing the same; that all of these unnecessary “other” things was taking up valuable space in my mind! All of these “other” thoughts were the cause of so much turbulence in my
body at the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.
Next, I took my ACTION STEP: I scheduled “freedom time” for myself and my “internal storage cleaning” project began. The first thing for my project was to PREPARE by getting the right tools to help me.
Just like how we transfer data from our laptops into the external hard drive or into the trash bin, I STARTED TRANSFORMING the energy in my body that was not making me feel good (for example, feelings from stress and anxiety), and transformed them into peace and calmness by using QIGONG techniques. I will share these techniques in my up and coming ONLINE course (more information on this will be
presented at the bottom of this message).
Once the transferring process of moving the data onto an external hard drive or into the trash bin is done on our laptop, we can empty the trash bin for good so it can free up all of the laptop’s internal space! In our lives, we can try to work on and get rid of internal things that we do not need in our present life so we can free up our own internal space.
WHEW! It certainly is a process of cleaning up our internal computer. It takes time; one step at a time.
When you feel the transferring process as described above is going well, you can UPGRADE your “computer operating system,” i.e. your personal lifestyle, by making some changes where they may be needed.
What can you do to upgrade your lifestyle to help begin 2019 on the right step?
I welcome you to create a vision board for yourself so you can put on to paper all of the things you wish to achieve for the coming year. By having this on paper and sticking up on the wall where you can see it everyday, your vision board can help you keep track and focused on what is important to you. This way also, your internal space can be free of “other” thoughts and can remain free to operate and fill up with helpful and
important data for a more positive mind.
And, just how we have to restart our laptop every so often to reboot it and help it run faster, we have to do the same with our bodies!
Now how to help, heal and strengthen our body? From my personal experience I tried few holistic healing techniques, on number one I would list QIGONG. Let me share a bit about this healing style of Qigong, which helped me, and by practicing daily now I became a CERTIFIED Spring Forest Trainer.
