Welcome 2020!!!
I hope that you had the chance to say farewell to 2019 and/or any past years in which you thought you may have had any unsolved situations or instances of feeling stuck. I know I have experienced that; as it comes to my attention, I try to resolve it, make peace with it, and feel joy and gratitude.
Before we dive into the content for 2020, I would like to offer this prayer to the Universe-
Just for today, I am doing all actions with love, peace, and gratitude!!!
If you say this twice a day - upon waking up and before sleeping - imagine how effortless and smooth your 2020 will go. You will be guided and will receive all you need daily to accomplish your goals.
If any issues come up, try this simple and easy exercise:
PAUSE and feel your emotion
ZOOM out of that emotion
BREATHE slowly and deeply for a minute or so.
As you are breathing, think of happy thoughts and smile.
Take time out for yourself. Your body tells you in many ways when you are not in harmony. By doing the above simple exercise, it will help you to better understand your emotions and bring more awareness by being more in the present moment.
