Not another GDPR email!

As you've no doubt already been told multiple times ever the last few weeks, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is coming into force on Friday 25th May 2018.

Here at Rutherford Wilkinson, we've always taken data protection very seriously and plan to keep doing so in the future.

We've updated our Privacy Policy which you can find here

You’ll see it describes what data we collect from you, how we use it and our justification for processing it (as well as our Cookies policy).

Under GDPR you are provided with a number of rights.

You can read about these on the ico website: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/guide-to-the-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr/individual-rights

In terms of continuing to email you; you're either on our email list because you're an existing client, so we need to stay in touch with you to fulfill our obligations, or you've consented to receive our emails at some point in the past.

We're not going to ask you to click a button to stay opted-in as the GDPR guidance states that it's not really needed.

But, as always, you can unsubscribe from our mailing lists anytime you like by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this email and other email that you receive.

We hope you won't unsubscribe though!

We promise if you stay opted-in to get our emails, they will be infrequent and (hopefully) interesting.

That's all from us for now.

If you've got any questions about GDPR, the privacy of your data, or how much we're all looking forward to not receiving any GDPR emails from next week and beyond, just press reply.

Warm regards

Ray Prince
