We continue to receive compliments about our videos. Our admirers send us messages from around the world. They send their praises and ask me to please keep posting the videos. We've gone international!
TANGO REPORT:December 9th 202l is one of the best times we had all year long despite the insanity of shutdowns and closed venues. We know how to have fun and enjoy each other fearlessly, like there is no tomorrow.
We are the premier showcase for all things that involve traditional Argentine Tango.
For your dancing pleasure, our DJ team always include a spicy variety of Tandas from Bachata, Salsa, Merengue and Swing Music too! All feel welcome and right at home here with us. This is the friendliest Milonga.

Terri's Milonga continues to be the quality showcase of Tango etiquette to the entire community.
We are welcoming, fun loving, and forge close friendships every Thursday night. I would not have it any other way.
Here is why you should reserve yourself at least one Thursday night to come out for a pre-weekend warm-up. Many like our popular Thursday nights to catch the lesson, practice what you learned stress-free and call it an early night if you feel like it. Give us a try. It is the practical choice. It works.
We bring you in-demand, talented DJs, top of the line personable Tango instructors, spacious venue, hardwood floors and simply, really nice people to mingle and jingle with.
What is specially chill about us is every skill level from the curious to the seasoned, all make each other feel welcome here. Nothing intimidating. We all learn from and enjoy each other's company at our group lesson and mingle at the Milongas.
Individually, we each one of us have our own developing styles. This is where we practice it with one another.
It is just a beautiful thing to watch.

You'll be pleased to meet Tibor. He is not only a suave greeter but his door management and traffic flow is what makes every minute count for your fun and Tango time.
He also takes all the videos of the Group Class, after lesson demonstration for our Milongueros and Milongueras to enjoy afterwards.
Tibor trouble shoots when we have technical difficulties. He represents management and maintains policy. Tibor is the name, Tango is the game!

Your wonderful instructors for the night will be the fabulous team of Carlos and Maureen Urrego. They are super relaxed professional dancers with a talent for teaching and coaching Tango for every skill level. You re going to love it.
I hired them to coax onto the dance floor even the most shy among us. Lets give them a warm welcome. I'm extending a special invitation to anyone of you have not been around for a while or were flirting with being a first timer. This is the night most especially for you. Just do it.
Milonga 8:30PM to 11:15PM
Carlos Urrego will then step up to tantalize us as DJ for the night.
You will enjoy tailor-made selections that will include classic and spicy Cortinas designed to inspire and motivate you to practice what you learned. You're going to love it.

Our variety Cortinas by our DJs.
We add adobo and sofrito to spice up our Cortinas. Our Cortinas are a delicious mix of Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Cumbia and social style dance that simply keep up the mood with sabor [flavor]. Yet, we consistently remain loyal to our roots.
Remember and Remember -- here is where we always keep the traditional Argentine Tango alive!

Encourage each other as much as I encourage you. Praise each other, compliment each other and coach each other. We are not competitors. We are Tango dancers and Tango friends. Etiquette and good manners set us apart from everyone else.
TALKING POINTS:

Tango is not only about learning steps, but understanding and listening to the music.
Each artist interprets the same music /song that you dance to, but the musical styles are different.
Your ear, needs to listen so that you can dance to each interpretation from those artists elegantly.
It is written all over the place that the best way to improve your dancing is to know the music you are dancing to as your body moves with the different styles, so that you may look and be lead gracefully on the dance floor. Your style is yours. Own it.

INSTRUCTORS REPORT:
I offer everyone top shelf master instructors that lead by example, coach you, improve your self confidence, and sharpen the skills you've already learned. Our seasoned dancers and our new comers feel at ease. No fear. We all learn from each other. We all coach each other. We all enjoy each other like no place else.
Where ever you go to dance your own unique style will be evident and noticed.
Naturally, every instructor has their own style and methodologies. What works and what sticks with you is all that counts.
NOTE: Analia Carreno and Luis Ramirez are available for private lessons.

BRAGGING RIGHTS:
It has become quite evident that no matter where our Milongueros and Milongueras go to dance, their style and versatility are immediately recognizable as "you must be from Terri's Firehouse Tango-Milonga II!"
Every seasoned Tangueros feel right at home here because you are always welcome. So continue to come by and join us for the fun of it.
Everyone benefits from the lessons and we all enjoy the exchanges of style, variety and comportment towards one another.
Thursday nights with us are the Tango kick-off so come on over. This is the place for all Tangueros from everywhere to Tango. If you can only Tango one night a week, Thursday nights with us is the place you want to be.
Fun is the operative word. We are not only a showcase for the Tango Community, but the place to go and simply have fun, enjoy really good people and dance like you just don't care!
