I take "wedding trend alerts" with a grain of salt because so often the person speaking about trends is someone who is either pushing an agenda (i.e. a wedding planner says that the trend is to hire a wedding planner!) or their trend is specific to a particular region or style (like country club events with elevated centerpieces which you're less likely to see in a rustic barn for example!).

BUT this year there was without a doubt a trend that cannot be denied.

Yes, pale pink was IT this year and perhaps will even find its way into next season (although possibly as an accent tone instead of the main color in a couple's palette).
