What's new?
Well, it feels like the world is 'off kilter'! Such an atrocity going on in the Ukraine. It makes most all other things seem insignificant. It makes 'being lighthearted' seem callous. It makes telling stories about business or ranch life seem 'clueles'. So, I've found somewhere to make a donation to help the Ukraine, I watch and listen to the news... and I hope for a the best possible outcome.
I'll leave it at that for now!

This blog is a review of a recent research article.
The relationship between urethral sphincter mechanism incompetency and lower back pain: Positing a novel treatment for urinary incontinence in dogs

Let’s start with the conclusion! If you read research papers, you likely read the title, the conclusion, and THEN everything in between. So, here’s the conclusion:
“The reduction of urethral sphincter mechanism incompetency (USMI) clinical signs following low back pain (LBP) treatment suggests a relationship between these two conditions. Combined acupuncture, manual therapy, with or without photobiomodulation (PBM) was shown to be an effective treatment for USMI. By corollary, USMI incontinence should be considered a potential pain symptom.”

- To get on, you need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember
you.
- Pick a user name that you want to be seen.
- Answer questions. Post questions.
- Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
- If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.
- Videos... Upload to Youtube, and then posting the link.
- Want to be notified when someone answers your question or responded to your comment? Just under the reply box, you can click "notify me when a reply is posted".

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc, etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET
THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
