Affordable & Expansive Learning to be had!
What's new?
Well, I think I have some Long Covid symptoms. I have a cough. It's actually a bit worse than when I 'had' Covid. My eyesight is not as good - a bit blurrier in a near range, but farther than reading. Maybe my hearing is reduced. And I'm still tired. So, I'm taking additional supplements to see if I can sort this out.
Calving is booming on the ranch. So many babies now!
And while I should know more to tell you... I'm thinking my brain fog is taking over, because I can't think of anything to tell you all! P.S. Thank you to everyone that has reached out with their Covid stories. I don't feel so stressed that I'm going to be stuck like this forever!!
So, that's it for the updates... !! On with the show...

FOUR LEG Training Video 224!
CHEST PHYSIO
|
|
This is a topic I find fascinating. My first job out as a physiotherapist was doing chest physiotherapy. Lots of percussion on the chest walls of people in a hospital setting. When I first started doing canine rehab, I wondered about the transference of information to the canine. When I was in school, we were told to practice doing chest
percussion on our dogs at home. If we were doing it right, the dog would stay, if not, the dog would leave. So, here we are a few decades later, and I'm making this video!!!
Check it out! It's an interesting topic even if you might not use it on a daily basis!

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc, etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that
your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
Go there... Check it out!!!
