Let's get on with the show! Got a Question? Need Answers? Need Ideas?
WELL LOOK NO FURTHER! See what the Four Leg LIBRARY of content has to offer! Or jump onto the FORUM and ask your questions... Not on the Forum yet? Go and register! Not a member yet? Why not?! Affordable & Expansive Learning to be had! What's new? Well, as soon as I write this eblast, I'm heading back out to the garden to do a bit more planting. I'm thinking I can get away with carrots, radishes and onions at this early stage! We'll still get one more frost here in Alberta... but some other experienced gardeners are telling me that these crops should be
hardy enough to get started... (And if not, I just replant them on the May Long Weekend!!!) Also, hubby actually completed a project for me!!! I now have a 3-bay compost area in the yard. BIG bays that I can load up with yard waste! Exciting!
Calving is almost over! But, my son's goats are just about to kid now! OMG, they are so cute!!
And, I am still working
on meditating and actually trying to balance out my work work work lifestyle. (Which is also why I plan on heading outside to work in the garden later today. It's noon on a Sunday as I write this and I've uploaded this info, done my rounds on Facebook, edited a letter... so, my brain needs a non-work related break!)
Chat with you all next week, if not before! That's it for the updates... On with the show!!

Four Leg BLOG: Oral administration of hyaluronic acid for osteoarthritis in dogs
|
|
I had a client ask me about a product recently. Usually, I am very skeptical! This time was not different. This time the question was pertaining to an orally administered hyaluronic acid (HA) formulation. From what I could recall in the past, practitioners had questioned the bioavailability of ingestible HA. That was years ago. What did the research say now? I dove in to find out. What is Hyaluronic Acid? Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring polysaccharide found in the body. It is involved in many biological processes, including tissue repair and maintenance, wound healing, and inflammation. Due to its unique properties, HA has become a popular ingredient in many skincare products and supplements. In this blog, I dive into the bioavailability of oral hyaluronic acid supplements and what the research says about
their effectiveness. Bioavailability of Oral Hyaluronic Acid Supplements Bioavailability refers to the extent and rate at which a substance enters the bloodstream and is available for use by the body. Continue reading - click below...

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc, etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that
your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
Go there... Check it out!!!

Have a great week everyone!
