Got a Question? Need Answers? Need Ideas?
WELL LOOK NO FURTHER! See what the Four Leg LIBRARY of content has to offer! Or jump onto the FORUM and ask your questions... Not on the Forum yet? Go and register! Not a member yet? Why not?! Affordable & Expansive Learning to be had! What's new? Yesterday we flew to Toronto, overnighted, and today, we fly to Cuba. It's been a whirlwind this week with trying to get everything ready to be able to go away. Silly little things too - get a VPN service so you can use the internet, ensure your phone has international roaming set up, get foreign
currency (multiple types), wash clothes, pack clothes... and a full chaotic day of patients on the Saturday before we headed out. BUT, it's good timing because the weather is becoming more 'wintery' up here, so added warmth & sunshine will be lovely. I'm also thinking this will be quite the cultural experience.
I've created these e-blasts well in advance, so nothing much more to tell you.
Good enough for now! Take care
everyone!
So, that's it for the updates... On with the show!

Here’s a study that blew my mind!
Bowen J, Fatjó J, Serpell JA, Bulbena-Cabré A, Leighton E, Bulbena A. First evidence for an association between joint hypermobility and excitability in a non-human
species, the domestic dog. Sci Rep. 2019 Jun 13;9(1):8629. Did you know that there is an association between hypermobility and anxiety? Joint hypermobility syndrome (JHS) can be linked as well, to a lesser extent, with reactivity, fear, agoraphobia and panic in human patients. Continue reading - click below...

Have You Checked it Out?
|
|
For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises.
There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc, etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question
pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
Go there... Check it out!!!

Have a great week everyone! Until next time... Cheers! Laurie
