Iliopsoas Rehab Update!!!

PRP - What's New in Human Research
And a Four Leg Rehab Minute on
Shoulder Abduction Rules???!
The life updates:
I've been teaching this weekend. I'm rusty. I'm stressed I'm not remembering to tell folks everything... but I'm hoping that the automation of having taught this course for decades has kicked in! All good.
Additionally, I have been busting my butt to have everything pre-organized for this eblast and your educational content this month! I forgot how much 'life organization' teaching requires!
Sadly, my final note is that Fall has come upon Calgary. I like the lack of bugs, I like the colours of the leaves, I like the smell of the air... but I don't like the implication that winter is around the corner!
Okay, that's about it! On with the show!

Comprehensive Management of Iliopsoas Strains
|
This is a talk I gave at the IAVRPT virtual conference May of 2021. I have to admit that I learned a lot from doing the research into this topic. It could also be called UPDATE ON TENDON REHAB, because the information within pertains to all tendons... it's just been spun to think about how to apply it to iliopsoas. So, please watch and be prepared to learn a lot as well!
ENJOY!
Cheers!

PRP - What's new in HUMAN research?
|

What's new in human research studies (or more specifically REVIEW PAPERS) in regards to PRP and osteoarthritis as well as PRP and tendons???
I think it's important to keep an eye on human research. Realistically, human research receives more funding, there are more practitioners in the field of human research, and I believe we can learn a lot from seeing what’s being done there, in order to guide the thoughts,
practices, and future research on the animal side. So, let’s look at a handful of review papers.

I've put all of my exercises (and some of yours) onto a handy platform - Physiotec! It's a wonderful online resource for delivering home exercise / advice programs.
There are HUNDREDS of exercises FOURLEGEXERCISE.COM already! You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's
so much! Massage, Owner-friendly joint therapies, Exercises, Advisement, etc, etc.
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by / billed for separately, by... Physiotec... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to
FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
GO THERE... CHECK IT OUT!
