Dear Fellow Star-Gazers

Happy Hunters Full Moon!

Since the last Full Moon, the price of Bitcoin has risen -as forecast. The suppressing planetary indicator I spoke of in my Bitcoin presentation at the start of the year has concluded. I am confident about cryptos generally in 2022 and, for now, view dips as buying opportunities. As regards Bitcoin, I expect a slight low in early December. As some of you know, Bitcoin is not by favourite – I prefer Cardano (ADA) and Ethereum and a few others (Shiba and Doge etc)

I am learning as much as I can about Algorand, which could soon be a front-runner in this area. I am also interested in what is known as Web 3 – which will surely alter our view and use of the Internet forever. Starting or birth dates are unavailable for either, so this is about watching news and matching trends with planetary pictures – made more complex now that I am factoring in dwarf planet positions!

(As an aside, the promised ebook is still in production but, as you’ll read later, progress has been sabotaged by other events)

GLOBAL NEWS

On October 31st, COP26 (Conference of the Parties) opens in Glasgow, Scotland. This event, arguably the most important conference of our lifetimes, is scheduled to conclude on November 12th. The driving aim is to ensure that global temperature does not rise a further 1.5 degrees. Should that figure be exceeded, then not just human, but arguably all life is in peril.

Is there a link between astrology and climate change? Humankind’s carbon footprint has certainly increased in the quarter millennium (one Pluto cycle) since the industrial revolution of the 1750s.

Can this be arrested? Are there any matters (solar activity etc) beyond our control? I will attempt to answer these questions in a presentation in early December (see below). For now, it is interesting to review the planetary pictures for these two weeks, and the solar conditions under which the conference takes place.

The planetary conditions are promising as the conference opens with Venus conjoining Juno not so very far from alignment with the Galactic Centre – an apt configuration describing the number of countries who want to work together, share knowledge and develop new industries that reduce carbon footprint.

Yet on October 31^st, as the conference opens, the Sun is at right angle to Saturn. Not only does this indicate the deadline and urgency of these talks but also the difficulties likely to be experienced between leaders - who might agree with proposals,-  and their administrations who will likely baulk at the cost.

By conference-end however, Mercury and Mars conjoin in Scorpio (agreement and determination) and the Sun will have moved into positive aspect with Neptune. True, this aspect describes great vision and wishful thinking– but that doesn’t mean that it can’t be achieved.

But yes, the time frame is certainly tight. Much needs to be both agreed and acted upon. Our knowledge of planetary cycles does help. In the next few years each of the recognised outer planets make ingress. As they move into new areas of the zodiac the potential to find new ways forward increases.

INVESTING

So where best to invest? I outlined some of this in my Navigating book. In preparing a sequel, I am discovering developments which even a few years ago had not entered human consciousness. Just to focus on a few: Pluto moves into Aquarius. So, we may think about ‘digital death management’, companies using AI for research, alternative recycling methods, harnessing wind-power, maximising delivery and distribution systems etc etc.

Incidentally, if you were born with the Sun in Aquarius, perhaps you could consciously put your thinking hat on and start developing some of your more eccentric ideas! We need you!!!

We also need the thoughts and visions of those born in the mid 1960s and whose charts contain that remarkable conjunction of Uranus with Pluto – your time has surely come! You may be the leaders in regeneration and rebirth.

MARKETS

As I write, Mercury has stationed and turned direct. It is reasonable to expect a surge in trade and for the issues around distribution and delivery to be given full focus. Yet  both Uranus and Neptune are retrograde. Neptune stations direct at the start of December, but Uranus not until the early part of next year – by which time Venus will be retrograde. Trading difficulties are unlikely to be resolved quickly.

More importantly, today’s Full Moon is at direct right angle to Pluto’s position in the US chart. American recession is a distinct possibility and could be announced before year end. Noting that the lunar node (a superb barometer of business development or otherwise) changes signs before the end of the year. The signal for pending disruption of trade and possible increase in prices and rates, is surely the next Full Moon (also a lunar eclipse) on November 19^th.

I will be watching market levels closely on Wednesday 17^th which could see a market top before decline.

MY NEWS

My husband’s condition worsened after the last Full Moon. We were unsure if it was a UTI, low sodium or his MSA advancing that made life so very difficult. With wonderful cosmic timing, after 10 days in hospital, he is due home just as you receive this. As you know, I am sustained by your understanding and good wishes. However, what I also need a few extra hours in the day! We will have live-in care shortly which should make a difference.

I have recorded a 21^st Century approach to ‘Finance in the Natal chart’ for astrologers. This is available – now - through the website www.financialuniverse.co.uk. Trading with the Moon Part Two is being edited and will be ready for November 1^st after I return from the AA conference.
