You are most welcome to join as we gather in loving community, supporting each other to find freedom from the conditioned patterns that hold us back from living fully.
Our focus for this meeting is on recognizing how early trauma patterns limit us from living fully. When the stories, beliefs, and emotions that come from our early experiences inhabit our minds, bodies, hearts, and being, our
view of all that is possible is restricted.
It’s like we’re looking through a window full of smudges—we can’t see that so much possibility is available outside this narrowed view. In fact, beyond our patterns is infinite possibility beyond anything our minds could come up with.
In a supportive field of loving connection, we’ll bring attention to how we feel limited by our familiar patterns that developed early in life. And we’ll explore outside these known ways of being, into the unknown that is overflowing with aliveness, spaciousness, creativity, and love. This is your natural being, who you have always been…
Together, we create a field of safe space to explore these tender parts of ourselves. As we discover we can meet them with deep acceptance and care, we have space to realize there is so much more to life!

Our time together includes guided meditation, teachings for understanding our inner experience, practical tools, and heartfelt conversation. We turn our attention inward to recognize our mind-made limits and the stories that create personal suffering.
Over and over, we're guided to be grounded in present moment awareness and live it in all areas of our lives. I'm very much looking forward to being with you...
