You are most welcome to join as we gather in loving community, supporting each other to find freedom from the conditioned patterns that hold us back from living fully.
Our focus for this meeting is on how disruptions in our early relationships with our parents and caregivers affect our capacity to form authentic and intimate relationships throughout our lives. If we felt unsafe, rejected,
unseen, or disconnected early in our lives, we’re invited to learn how to take care of these younger parts of ourselves so we can show up fully now with ourselves and others. That’s how we stop projecting out our needs and fears and expecting other people to satisfy what we missed in our childhoods.
Here’s the good news: our capacity for fulfilling relationships is still alive in us, here to be discovered and lived. Together, we create a field of safe space to explore how we feel stuck and separate. As we discover we can meet these tender places in ourselves with deep acceptance and care, we have space to open to the intimacy that is possible. We’ll explore practical ways to be more present in our
interactions.

Our time together includes guided meditation, teachings for understanding our inner experience, practical tools, and heartfelt conversation. We turn our attention inward to recognize our mind-made limits and the stories that create personal suffering.
Over and over, we're guided to be grounded in present moment awareness and live it in all areas of our lives. I'm very much looking forward to being with you...
