Our focus for our online meeting tomorrow is on discovering how we make ourselves feel
separate and limited.
When we believe that we are defined by our stories and feelings, we live according to this constricted view. We’re prone to thinking about ourselves a lot, maintaining safety and protection, and taking things personally. There is a strong sense of the
inner self fueled by fear and lack and the outer world that feels unsafe. The belief in the separate self is at the root of our psychological struggles in life.

In our supportive field of loving connection, we’ll explore the sense of separation so you can feel into exactly how it limits you. Then we’ll expand beyond separation into a way of being that is spacious, free, and unattached. Here is where you discover aliveness, creativity, inspiration, and the joy of living. We’ll shed light on deep inner listening
and surrender in the moments of daily life that lovingly replace the need for control.
You’ll practice staying grounded in your present moment
experience, and from here we explore the programmed patterns that make up the sense of separation.
We realize that we can’t go
it alone. Our disconnection from our divine nature happened in the context of relationship so we need to practice together—in a supportive and loving community—to find our way home. Come with your fears, doubts, shame, and questions—and simply to share sacred space together in community with like-minded friends.
With guided meditation, teachings, and conversation, we’ll practice creating safe space for this deep exploration. Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand beyond the known into overflowing appreciation and deep connection with all of Life. I look forward to being with you!
