Our focus for our online meeting tomorrow is on the mistaken identity of feeling that we are
broken, even beyond repair.
If we believe our minds and the messages we received when we were young, we may develop this belief about ourselves. This sets in motion attempts to fix ourselves, attempts that are unlikely to bring us the inner peace and well-being that we long
for.

So if peace is possible (it is), where do we find it?
Hoping to feel better at some future point in time will keep us searching forever. Instead, our suffering calls us to turn inward in any moment to explore this
essential question: “Who am I?” If you are not the broken one your thoughts tell you that you are, who are you?
Instead of answering this
question directly, we’re invited first to meet the fullness of our experience in the present moment with unconditional love and care. We quickly discover a softening of the thoughts and feelings that are at the core of our personal identity. As we open to all that is, including and beyond that identity, we find spaciousness, tenderness, and the capacity to be present with what’s here right now.
And this changes everything. Over time, the habit of these limiting identities relaxes, giving way to moments of uncaused peace and pure being. We find space for new ways of being far beyond the sense of being broken.
Our hearts expand into quiet, effortless intimacy with all.
With guided meditation, teachings, and conversation, we’ll explore the question, “Who am I really?” Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand beyond the known into overflowing appreciation and deep connection with all of
Life. I look forward to being with you!
