Our focus for our online meeting tomorrow is on getting unstuck.
Our natural state, unclouded by any conditioning, is infinitely open, fully free, and attached to nothing. It’s the pure free-flow of life in which all objects come and go, with no stickiness whatsoever.
Knowing this reality, we live as openness, available to everything, with no need for familiar fear-based survival strategies. There’s an open portal beyond separation to wonder, creativity, inspired living, and love.

Yet, as humans we have the experience of feeling stuck. We believe that we need to keep ourselves safe, avoid painful feelings, and limit the ways we express ourselves in life. And these ways of being keeps
us locked into habitual reactions that affect our relationships, our feelings about ourselves, and the simple enjoyment of everyday life. We wonder if this is all that life has to offer.
At our gathering together, we’ll explore how we end up feeling stuck and ways to be with that feeling. We’ll practice the direct route to freedom by landing squarely in the knowing that we are the open spaciousness in which the mind-made stories that grip us arise—and not the stories themselves.
And we’ll open with curiosity as we turn toward the experience of feeling stuck to discover the treasures it holds and meet all that arises with compassion and deep acceptance.
With guided meditation, teachings, and conversation, we’ll illuminate what it’s like to feel stuck…and to be free… Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand beyond the known into freedom, flow, and deep connection with all
of Life. I look forward to being with you!
