Our focus for our meeting tomorrow is on a deep exploration of attachment. What is attachment? It's a whole body experience of leaving the present moment.
We believe our desires and expectations that tell us we need something we don't have for our peace and happiness. We experience a loss of freedom when we're attached to certain outcomes happening.
We make our inner peace dependent on things we can’t control—people, money, success, possessions, health, circumstances, or even life itself—and when we do, we suffer.

If we stay mired in our attachments, we’re resisting reality. It’s like living in a room filled with furniture—everywhere we turn we bump into something. We want life to be as we want it…and not how it actually is. Sound familiar?
In our time together, we’ll open lovingly to an
exploration of the ways we’re attached. We’ll go behind the curtain of our attachments to discover fear…of losing control, of loss, of not getting what we think we need. And we’ll open to the free flow of life… Can we align with the truth of our experience, can we practice saying “yes” to reality as it is?
The exploration of attachments invites us to reflect
on how we meet whatever appears in the moments of our lives. We may not be able to control what happens, but we can choose how we want to show up and relate to our present moment experience.
And here is where we find where we find wonder, potential, inspiration, and spontaneity.
Through guided meditation, practical guidance, and heartfelt conversation, we’ll discover the potential—already in you—to be fully alive in your life, free beyond attachments.
Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into overflowing appreciation, vibrant joy, and deep connection
with all of Life.
