Actress Brie Larson said, "Lately, I've been getting too much attention with the Met Gala and work going so well that I try to find rejection in my day. I'll seek out someone on the street or at the farmers' market and ask for something where I know they'll say no. No one likes rejection, but it's
real. And I don't want to lose that feeling."
But why would a successful and Academy Award winning actress who is getting plenty of yeses want to continue experiencing rejection?Â
As she said herself, she doesn't want to lose that feeling.Â
The feeling of rejection for some is a boost, a kick to keep going.Â
For others it is
deflating and depressing.Â
For Brie Larson, it seems she values it and finds a benefit.Â
Perhaps it's the survival of it, reminding her that despite all the success, the Nos are out there and she can handle them if
they come.Â
What about you?Â
How would such a mindset help your business? Â

If you always put off doing what you know you should, later you'll wish you'd just done what you know you should have.Â
"So yes: rejection happens. To everyone. A lot. But the truth is, I don’t give a crap what anyone says. And this is a mindset that I believe many many people can benefit
from."Â
