Sprinkling the eggs with Parika (or some chopped chives) makes them look pretty, but I can tell you from experience that this usually isn't a big hit with the kids. I'll keep mine plain this year.
We get a large ham each year. If we're visiting with family and having dinner at their house, I usually still grab a ham and cook it the day before or the day after. There's so much you can do with leftover ham. I'll share some of my favorite tips and ideas with you early next week. For now, I'll leave you with our traditional Monday after Easter Breakfast:
