I love biking, hiking skiing and other outdoor activities, but in between seasons, when it's too cold and rainy to be outside, I struggle to move my body.
Before Covid, I used to enjoy aerobics classes at the gym. There was an energetic, fun instructor and her classes kept me strengthening and moving my body.
Now I need to either start stretching and strengthening with my boyfriend or find another class closer to where I've moved to ensure that I keep up my strength. I find it so challenging to find the motivation to do it on my own.
Accountability and a great leader are the KEYS to Success!
