Welcome to the growing Your Weekly Heart Whisper Community. I am delighted to share each week with you one of my intuitive heart paintings and some whispers from the heart. The paintings evolved as part of my recent Journey To Wellness
and I started writing words that seem to flow from within. More often than not during meditation.
This week's Heart Whisper is focused on loving you and at the same time being gentle with yourself- something I am a very slow learner at doing. I am having to be extra gentle as I discovered yesterday that 3 outing in one day exhausted me. I am feeling great so I expect to be able to do more- body says NO!
