Hello, my friend!
What if you heard these words:
Actually, you can do that.
You might get excited.
You could get scared.
Whether you’re working with your horse, or contemplating a vision you have for your life, an
important foundational piece is the same.
Tell yourself you can.
Believe you can.
A simple concept, right? And, not always easy.
So, what do you do if your belief doesn’t quite match what you’re
wanting?
Back up to where you can believe. If you can’t yet reach the end goal, that’s ok. Find a
first step that you can believe in.
Let’s take the example of an end goal of being able to ride your horse outside, away from the
herd in a calm state.
And, you haven’t yet been on his back. In fact, nobody
has.
If you can’t yet reach your end goal in your belief, that’s very understandable. You hold it out to guide your smaller, in between goals. The action steps.
A first step you can believe fully in might be introducing a saddle pad. You can trust that
you can help your horse with that step and believe that as a team you can get that done.
From there, you pick another believable goal. And rinse and repeat
;).
Believe in your horse.
Believe in you.
Yes, you can.
Take a chance on yourself, it will pay off.
You got this.
Sending you support and encouragement,
Kim and the Hidden Promise herd

connecting with, reply to this email.
