What's New at Homeschool How To - Should you Throw Away Your To Do List?

How is your week going? I had a couple of tips I wanted to share with you to help you on your homeschool journey, so here they are! 

To Do Lists - I am the master of creating To Do lists! The only problem is that I have tons of pieces of paper sitting around and even when I put them all on one paper, it still looks messy. 

I was reading the other day that I should put my to do list on the calendar instead. I'm usually a pen and paper girl but in this case, I decided to go to google calendar for my solution. 

Google Calendar lets you create an event (an item on your To Do list) and schedule it whenever you want. 

The best thing about Google calendar is that you can MOVE the item to another time if you didn't get it done! What a concept!

As busy moms, there are often times we have great plans that get interrupted and changed. With Google calendar, I don't have to feel defeated that I didn't get my item done when I scheduled it. I can just slide it to the next day or some other time. 

Try it for yourself! Go to https://calendar.google.com and start scheduling your To Do list there. Use it for a few days and let me know what you think.
