I know you are probably being bombarded with "new year, new you" emails, so I will keep this one short.
You know I'm all about consistency.
Well, I want to let you in on a little secret. I make it "easy" for myself to be consistent.
One of the best ways to stay consistent in working out is to have a plan.
Everyone
wants to eat healthier and exercise more on January 1st, but they don't have any vegetables in the refrigerator or a training program to start.
I can't give you any broccoli, but I can hook you up with a training program.
