Hello dear goddess!
Hello from my recovery bed! I've had bunion surgery since we last spoke, and am throwing myself into rehabilitation (a fancy word for "learning to walk again" LOL)
So anyway, before I head back outside to see if I can break my record of 40 minutes to walk 1km (not quite a mile), I thought I'd drop you this little note with some updates.
In response to requests that the Inner Goddess Manifesto has been difficult to download, I've made it as simple as possible for you now...Thanks to all those who let me know they were having trouble with it. I have worked with my technicians to resolve the glitches, and in the process, found a way to make it super accessible for download ... All you need to do is download the PDF from the

I am just back from Bali, where I forced myself to take it easy, and magnifying the self-kindness message that I talked about in my last newsletter.
