Staying Happy in Chaotic Times
The world around us is changing rapidly now providing us with an environment for growth if we are able to keep our balance in the midst of it all. As you look around you you see most people tending to get caught up in the current chaos, thus losing their emotional equilibrium. They're reacting to whatever is going on around them, while not realizing that they could be happy and drama-free regardless of the
surrounding situation. They've overlooked the fact that happiness is a choice, that it need not be dependent on external circumstances.
Instead, most folks tend to go the other way and begin to set up protections or they begin to defend themselves against projected negative scenarios, not taking into consideration that by defending themselves they are drawing the very acts that frighten them into their experience.
It works like this: if one is preparing for a future calamity or catastrophe, it's because they're envisioning, in their mind, being attacked. That vision of being attacked, or of having challenges, or of becoming sick, or of any fearful image that one would truly not want to be creating for oneself is a thought - and, via the Law of Attraction, just like any other thought one entertains, it is working its way up to the surface of their daily experience. They're unconsciously
or unwittingly attracting the exact situation into their future that they're wanting to avoid, simply by defending themselves against it.
What, then, is the antidote to this kind of unserving behavior? Simply put, it is trust; trust that everything is going to be alright; trust that our intentions will manifest as we direct them; trust that if we think positively, positive experiences will result; trust that the Highest Good will bring us all good things - safety, security, happiness, companionship and more - if we invoke It; and perhaps most importantly, trust that a higher power will come to our aid and guide us if we will
but call it forth.
The folks who are having the greatest of challenges in these times are the ones who do not trust, or have faith, that the Universe (as well as the Law of Attraction) is doing everything It can to love us if we will let It. The trick is in the letting go of the frightful thoughts and letting ourselves be loved. And that takes trust.

When we intend for it to rain,
instead of talking about how dry it is,
we envision it raining.
When we intend that we are happy and healthy,
instead of telling everyone our problems,
we envision ourself happy and well.
When we intend that we are abundant,
instead of telling everyone about our hard times,
we envision having enough to spare and share.
When we intend for fair and honest leadership,
instead of obsessing on poor politics,
we see our elders standing for the Highest Good.
When we see things in a favorable light,
we are no longer reinforcing our own problems;
we are no longer complicit in our own suffering.
And when we see things in their brightest light,
we put the Law of Attraction to its highest and best use;
we marry the Law and the Highest Good together.

A Closing Word from Lee Ching
That which is meant to be yours will come to you. Just as those of you who are aligned with the Highest Good will eventually experience your highest ideal, so shall your daily needs be met. You need never worry about your survival because there was a special mechanism put into place long ago which regulates and guarantees that everything you need will be there for you in the exact moment that you need it.
Oftentimes it will not appear until the instant before it is needed, but you may be assured that, while you are waiting, you are being strengthened. As you learn to trust in this wondrous process, the obstacles and hardships of life fall by the wayside and are replaced by a serenity that knows no limit.
These times of great upheaval are truly gifts unto you. You are constantly surrounded by an environment that is conducive for bringing out your most fulfilling form of expression. Your ego, the part of you that is in service to yourself, is giving way to a much larger, grander you—the you that is in service to others. You are blossoming in all your glory, and it is this blossoming that you have always longed for. Be open, be available, and, in the meantime, be at peace. Your prayers
and intentions are all being answered.
