To receive clear insight, it’s increasingly important to be able to center in your “home frequency” or your soul-in-the-body state of being. And to develop accurate intuition, you’ll want to learn to shift from your left brain to your right brain and back again. Each session will feature guided meditations of various kinds designed to help bring your attention fully into your body and then expand your consciousness to higher frequencies. We’ll work with the power of attention (not intention) and imagination. You’ll practice symbol interpretation, accessing guidance, and direct writing. Twice a day: 9am and 4pm. Rancho La Puerta
