Personal Branding for Music Artists with Industry Expert Megan Gersch
We all have our personal routines for trying to stop a cold in its tracks (and anything else that tries to wreak havoc on the respiratory system/vocal apparatus!) I'd like to do a survey and then share a list of what works for you in my village here.
If you'd like to contribute, just reply with your stop-a-cold routine.
This list will be purely anecdotal (definitely not a proven double-blind peer-reviewed scientific research project). But should be interesting, or at least fun!
My current go-to is Alkalini-C, Quercitin, Triple Zinc, Black Seed Oil and an epsom salts bath. Most of the time, for me, this nips a cold in the bud.
But sometimes NOTHING works. Here's an old post with some lessons I learned...
