I had maintained a great yoga routine earlier in 2022, but I must admit I've gotten out of the habit since we moved to the Kansas City area a few months ago.
I used to go to an in-person yoga class approximately once a week, and on top of that, I would do a daily mobility routine.
I feel so much better physically and mentally when I do this regularly--I can't even begin to explain it.
